Our Certified Etiquette Consultant, Dr. Terainer Brown, has been thoroughly and properly educated and Certified to be an International Etiquette Consultant.
Dr. Brown holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, an M.A. in Higher Education Student Services, and a B.F.A. in Dance Education.
She has served as a K12 teacher leader, pre-college program director, assistant dean, higher education policy advisor, and entrepreneur.

Dr. Brown is a true visionary and views the work of Cultured for Success as a tool to help today’s youth and young adults feel confident and have the skills to interact in any social setting. The vision of our school is to witness students who have received etiquette and life-skill training transition into any career field of their choosing with the confidence to become leaders of their community and operate with grace, elegance, and excellence.
Meet the Founder
Mentoring more than 6000 students throughout her career, Dr. Terainer Brown has spent many years teaching and advising, children, teens, and young adults. As a native Detroiter, she has always had a passion for helping children reach their full potential and encouraging them to think of life as a never-ending journey of learning.
Her workshops motivate and inspire students to be poised and present themselves with confidence, while simultaneously focusing on their holistic college and career preparation experience. Her teacher professional development series invigorates teachers to lean into their superpower as classroom mentors, instilling confidence and providing tools to scaffold students and families toward college and/or career success. She is a strong leader, a valuable collaborator, and is deeply committed to uplifting schools and communities.
